To deliver these objectives, the IBAS consortium will implement five coordinated work packages:
From Qualification Gaps to a Structured Curriculum – Business Analytics for SMEs (WP2)
A modular, competency-based curriculum will be developed based on identified skills gaps in SME environments. The curriculum will be aligned with ECVET and EQF standards, ensuring European recognition and transferability. It will include sector-specific business cases and integration of advanced analytics tools.
Developing Digital Learning Hub – Open Access Training for VET and SMEs (WP3)
IBAS will create a fully digital learning hub offering open educational resources (OERs), interactive modules, gamified learning elements, and scenario-based business simulations. The platform will allow flexible, self-paced learning for both VET learners and SME employees.
Industry Collaboration Hub – Practical Learning & Business Training (WP4)
The project will establish a structured model for industry-VET cooperation. This includes SME case studies, business-led workshops, mentoring sessions, and work-based learning opportunities that allow learners to apply analytics tools in real business contexts.
Sharing, Dissemination, Quality Assurance and Sustainability (WP5)
IBAS will implement a comprehensive dissemination strategy, including stakeholder events, networking activities, and policy dialogue initiatives. Sustainability actions will ensure that training modules are embedded into VET systems and remain accessible beyond the project duration.
Together, these activities create an integrated model combining curriculum innovation, digital infrastructure, industry engagement, and long-term institutional integration.
