fAs the project coordinator, Poznań University of Economics and Business provides overall strategic leadership, operational coordination, and financial management of IBAS. With a long-standing tradition in economics, quantitative analysis, and applied research, PUEB ensures the academic robustness and methodological coherence of the project. PUEB leads the transformation of identified qualification gaps into a structured, competency-based curriculum in business analytics aligned with ECVET and EQF frameworks. Drawing on its strong expertise in modern statistical methods (including R and Python), finance, accounting, and digital transformation, the university guarantees that the curriculum integrates advanced analytical tools with real business applications tailored to SMEs. Through its research institutes and Knowledge Transfer Company, PUEB bridges theory and practice, ensuring that analytical solutions developed within IBAS are directly applicable in SME contexts. Furthermore, PUEB contributes extensive experience in coordinating international Erasmus+ projects, managing interdisciplinary teams, and implementing innovative educational solutions such as business simulation tools. This ensures the professional management, quality assurance, and long-term institutional embedding of IBAS results within VET systems.
Università Politecnica delle Marche (Italy)
Università Politecnica delle Marche contributes strong academic expertise in economics, marketing analytics, sales management, and digital transformation. As a university recognised for quality certification and interdisciplinary research, UNIVPM strengthens the analytical depth and methodological rigour of IBAS. Within the project, UNIVPM supports the development of specialised training modules in business analytics, particularly in areas such as market analysis, customer behaviour, and sales performance optimisation. Its experience in research-led education and numerous Erasmus+ initiatives ensures that curriculum design remains innovative, research-based, and aligned with labour market expectations. UNIVPM’s extensive network of faculty members, doctoral programmes, and applied research activities allows the project to integrate advanced analytical methodologies into practical SME contexts. By facilitating knowledge transfer between academia and enterprises, UNIVPM ensures that theoretical models translate into actionable tools that improve SME competitiveness and data-driven strategic decision-making.
Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain)
Universitat Rovira i Virgili brings strong research capacity, international experience, and innovation-driven educational practices to the IBAS consortium. With a solid record in technology transfer, EU-funded projects, and digital learning innovation, URV enhances the project’s research-based and technological components. URV contributes to the design of the digital learning hub and to the integration of innovative pedagogical approaches, including multimedia learning tools and interactive methodologies. Its experience in managing Horizon 2020 projects and implementing knowledge-transfer initiatives ensures that IBAS outputs are both scientifically sound and practically applicable. The university’s active participation in European networks and smart specialisation strategies strengthens the project’s international dimension and scalability. The Local and Regional Economy Chair will collaborate with URV in the project, reinforcing the university’s contribution through its expertise in data analysis and knowledge transfer. Supported by the Tortosa City Council and the Tarragona Provincial Council, the Chair works closely with public and private stakeholders, especially in the Terres de l’Ebre area. Its experience in territorial diagnosis, strategic planning, and applied research ensures that the project’s outputs respond to the real needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and deliver high-impact results
LOVILA LIMITED (Cyprus)
Lovila Limited represents the SME and consultancy dimension within IBAS. As a consultancy and training organisation specialising in digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and vocational training, Lovila ensures that the project remains closely aligned with SME needs and labour market realities. Lovila contributes practical expertise in digitalisation consultancy, ICT skills development, and non-formal training methodologies. With experience in numerous Erasmus+, COSME, and Horizon projects, the organisation supports the development of accessible, user-oriented training materials and ensures that business analytics content is understandable and implementable for SMEs with varying levels of digital maturity. By working directly with enterprises and entrepreneurs, Lovila plays a key role in piloting, validating, and adapting training modules to real business environments. Its experience in sustainable business processes and green transformation further enriches the project by integrating responsible and future-oriented business practices into analytics training.

Insight srl brings the perspective of a business development and training company specialised in innovation, corporate learning, and SME support.
With a strong focus on AI-driven learning systems, data analytics, and digital training ecosystems, the company strengthens the technological and entrepreneurial dimension of IBAS.
Within the project, Insight srl contributes to the Industry Collaboration Hub by facilitating direct interaction between SMEs, entrepreneurs, and VET providers.
Its experience in designing customized learning paths and innovation processes ensures that IBAS training modules reflect real entrepreneurial challenges.
The organisation leverages its digital learning methodologies to facilitate networking and the practical application of business analytics tools within real-world business contexts.

Fundacja Partnerzy dla Samorządu (Poland)
Fundacja „Partnerzy dla Samorządu” strengthens the institutional and policy-oriented dimension of IBAS. As a non-governmental organisation specialising in counselling for local governments and SMEs, it acts as a bridge between public institutions, vocational education providers, and the business community. The foundation contributes extensive experience in implementing IT tools, strategic development programmes, and innovation projects for local authorities and enterprises. Its track record in nearly 140 national projects demonstrates its operational capacity and deep understanding of local economic ecosystems. Within IBAS, the foundation supports dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability planning. It ensures that project outcomes are embedded within regional development strategies and VET systems, promoting long-term adoption of business analytics training. By facilitating access to SMEs and local authorities, the foundation strengthens the practical uptake and institutionalisation of IBAS results.

SME and incubator partners provide real-world validation and entrepreneurial relevance. The NGO partner connects the project to local governments and regional economic ecosystems, ensuring policy integration and sustainability. Together, the consortium creates a comprehensive ecosystem for modernising vocational education in business analytics — combining academic excellence, digital innovation, SME engagement, and institutional embedding. This integrated approach ensures that IBAS delivers not only educational materials but a long-term, scalable model for strengthening SME competitiveness and aligning VET systems with labour market demands across Europe.
